Spelt Quark Soup

Spelt Quark Soup - Quark Grünkernsuppe

  • speltquarksoup2/3 cup spelt grains
  • 5 cups water
  • salt
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion and parsley
  • 1 cup Quark
  • 1 cup milk

Cook spelt in salted water until soft. Drain and add the onion and parsley while still hot. Mix in Quark and milk. Serve at room temperature.
