• 1 pound of shredded potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 piece of celery
• 1 tsp chives
• 1 tsp parsley
• salt
• 5 cups water
• ¾ cup Quark
• 1 cup milk

Mix milk and Quark. The rest is being cooked until soft. Strain and puree through a sieve. Mix with Quark milk mixture. Garnish with glazed bacon bits.
