Cream of Wheat Quark Soup

Cream of Wheat Quark Soup - Quark-Grieß Suppe

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 5-6 Tbsp cream of wheat
  • 5 cups water
  • salt
  • 1 cup Quark
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion

Roast the cream of wheat with the onions in butter. Add water, salt, milk and cook until the cream of wheat is cooked. Mix in Quark and serve.
