Bohemian Quark Soufflé
  • 1 ¼ cup Quark
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ground almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Pudding powder
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 shot glass orange liquor or orange juice
  • ¼ cup of candied orange
  • 1 Tbsp cream of wheat

Beat egg whites until stiff. The remaining egg yolks are mixed with the rest of the ingredients. Carefully mix under the stiff egg white and bake at 400F until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
