Quark Gnocchi’s
  • ¾ cup Quark
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp dry yeast
  • ½ stick butter at room temperature
  • salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup warm milk

Mix warm milk with flour and yeast. Let sit until the yeast proofs (foamy). Mix everything else into the yeast mixture and create finger size rolls. Bake in fat until golden.
