Quark Crescents with Cheese
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ¼ cup Quark
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Filling:
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 5 Tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt

Mix dough without the egg yolk and refrigerate for ½ hour. Roll out thinly and cut triangles. Mix filling, put onto triangle, and roll up. Shape into crescent. Refrigerate one more time. Brush with egg yolk. Bake at 350F until golden brown.
