Kaiser Roll with Egg Herring Quark

Spread Quark onto roll, layer egg slices on top, followed by a slice of canned herring.

Swiss Quark Kaiser Roll

Spread quark onto roll, and place shredded Swiss cheese on top. Sprinkle with chopped onion and parsley.

Liptauer Quark Kaiser Roll

• 1 ¼ cup Quark
• ½ cup buttermilk
• ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickle
• Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Mix all and put onto Kaiser roll.
