Sauerkraut Quark Roll

Dough:

  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 ¼ cups Quark
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Filling:

  • 1 pound cooked sauerkraut, keep the cooking juice

Mix dough and roll out. Spread sauerkraut onto dough and roll up dough. Cut into finger thick slices and place into greased baking pan. Pour sauerkraut juice over it and bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
