• 1 pound fish filet
• salt
• juice of ½ lemon
• 1 chopped onion
• pepper

Dough:

• 1 ¾ cups Quark
• 4 boiled potatoes
• ½ cup milk
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 3 Tbsp melted butter

Clean and cut filets into pieces, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grease a nonstick baking dish. Put fish into it and cover with chopped onion. Mix the Quark dough and cover the fish with it. Brush with melted butter and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
