Filled Quark Strudel Pancakes

Dough:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk

Filling:

  • 2 ½ cups Quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp chives
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dash paprika

To pour on top:

  • ½ cup milk

Mix the dough well and cook thin pancakes. Mix Quark, eggs, melted butter, chives, salt and paprika. Spread mixture onto pancakes and roll them up. Grease an ovenproof dish and put rolls into it side-by-side. Put butter flakes onto of the rolls and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Pour milk over the rolls and bake an additional 10 minutes.
