Bell Peppers with Quark Filling
  • paprikaschotenmitkaesefuellung4 large bell peppers, any color
  • 2 cups Quark
  • 1 stick + 3Tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 Tbsp chives
  • ½ pound Hungarian salami, cubed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
  • 1 dash salt
  • black pepper
  • ½ cup buttermilk

Cut off lid from bell peppers, clean inside and out. Mix all the other ingredients with the exception of the buttermilk. Fill peppers. Refrigerate. Slice and serve with bread and drizzle buttermilk on top as a sauce.
