• 2/3 cup Quark
• 3 Tbsp heavy cream
• ½ cup milk
• 2 cups sliced strawberries
• 4 Tbsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp chopped almonds
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 1 shot glass or rum or 1 tsp rum flavor

Mix the Quark with the heavy cream, honey, almonds and refrigerate. Soak strawberries in rum and sugar for 30 minutes. Mix into Quark crème and serve.
