• 1 ¼ cups Quark
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 Tbsp instant coffee powder
• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp heavy cream
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
• coffee beans or small chocolate morsels for decoration

Mix milk, sugar and coffee powder. Mix into the Quark. Beat the heavy cream until fluffy with soft peaks. Mix under the Quark mixture. Fill into glasses and decorate. Serve cold.
