1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
Cook the currants in water and sugar. Put half of the juice aside. Mix in the gelatin into the remainder and let cool on a non-stick baking pan. Mix the Quark with the other half of the juice and vanilla sugar. Cut the gelatin into cubes and fill into glasses in layers with the Quark mixture. Whip up the heavy cream and top the desert.
