• 2 ¼ cups Quark
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 6 Tbsp apricot jam
• 3 Tbsp chopped almonds
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
• 1 shot glass apricot liquor
• grated chocolate

Whip the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff. Mix Quark with the jam, apricot liquor and almonds. Mix the cream under and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve in glasses and top with grated chocolate.
