Pumpernickel Quark
  • 1 ¼ cups Quark
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 pound of chopped fruits or small can of mixed canned fruits (drained)
  • 3 slices of pumpernickel bread
  • 1 shot glass of rum
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar

Mix Quark, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Chop the bread into small cubes. Sprinkle some of the pumpernickel into the bottom of a glass. Drizzle a little bit of the rum over it. Layer the fruit over it. Another layer of Quark mixture and sprinkle with the remaining pumpernickel over it. Garnish with a piece of fruit.
