Pomeranian Prune Quark
  • 2 cups Quark
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 10 pit less prunes
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • dash of cinnamon
  • lemon rind and juice of one lemon

Soak prunes in water for several hours. Use as little water as possible. Bring the prune juice water with 1/3 of sugar and some lemon rind to a boil. Let cool down. Mix the Quark with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and heavy cream. Mix the prunes in and serve with cookies.
