• 6 oranges, juiced
• 1 orange in slices
• 5 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 ¼ cups Quark
• 4 Tbsp milk
• 2 egg whites
• 1 Tbsp orange liquor (optional)

Juice the oranges and put 6 Tbsp aside. Bring to a boil. Mix the rest of the juice with the cornstarch and sugar. Add to the boiling juice, and bring to a second boil. Let cool down. Mix Quark with milk, and beaten egg whites. Taste with orange liquor. Serve over orange slices
