1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
1 cup buttermilk
rind of one lemon
3 Tbsp cognac
6 sheets of gelatin or 1/2 pack Knox gelatine
½ cup warm milk
Mix Quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar, buttermilk, lemon rind and cognac. Soak the gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Press out excess water and dissolve in warm milk. Peel the kiwis and puree. Mix all items into the Quark mixture and refrigerate. Serve cold.
