• 2 ¼ cups Quark
• 1 Tbsp heavy cream
• 1 ¾ cups blueberries in 2/3 cup sugar (stored overnight in refrigerator)
• 3 tsp vanilla sugar or 2 packs Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
• 1 pack of gelatine powder
• 1 shot glass or orange liquor or orange juice

Mix Quark with heavy cream, vanilla sugar and gelatin. Layer with blueberries in a glass and serve cold.
