• 2/3 cup Quark
• 2 Tbsp heavy cream
• 1 cookies like Bahlsen Butter cookies
• Cooked Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding using only 1 cup of milk
• 6 Tbsp canned cherries without juice
• 4 shot glasses of cherry liquor or the juice

Distribute the cookies over 4 glasses and soak them with the liquor. Mix the Quark with the pudding and heavy cream. Poor the Quark cream over the soaked cookies and serve cold.
