1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg yolk
4 Tbsp curaçao
4 Tbsp chopped hazelnuts
2 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp grated chocolate
Mix Quark with yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk until the sugar has been dissolved. Mix curaçao and egg yolk in a cut and mix under the Quark. Roast the hazelnuts in butter and let cool. Carefully mix nuts under. Fill into 4 glasses and serve cold with grated chocolate on top.
