• 1 ¼ cups Quark
• 2 Tbsp heavy cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• rind of ½ lemon
• juice from ½ lemon
• 1 ½ spoon vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
• Lady finger biscuits

Line a glass bowls bottom and sides with the lady fingers. Mix Quark with all the other ingredients and poor over the lady fingers. Decorate top with canned or fresh fruits. A few drops of rum can be drizzled over it. Serve cold.
