• 2 ¼ cups Quark
• 2 Tbsp heavy cream
• 2 small melons
• 1 orange
• juice of one lemon
• 1 2/3 cups chopped strawberries or raspberries
• 4 shot glasses of raspberry liquor
• sugar to taste

Cut melon lid off and empty melon. Cube the melon flesh. Cream Quark with heavy cream and lemon juice. Mix the rest into the Quark and fill the melon with it. Serve cold.
