Filled Quark Apples
  • 2/3 cup Quark, room temperature
  • 4 large apples
  • 4 Tbsp raisins
  • 4 Tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 shot glasses of rum
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar

Bake the apples in the oven until soft. Cut open and scoop out the apple flesh. Mix the apple flesh with Quark, vanilla sugar, raisins, and rum. Fill the apples and garnish with hazelnuts. Serve warm.
