• 3 1/3 cups Quark
• 4 cups of heavy cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
• ½ cup sugar
• 4-5 Tbsp eggnog
• cocktail cherries

Mix Quark with a couple of Tbsp heavy cream, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, sugar and eggnog. Whip the rest of the heavy cream and egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set a few tablespoons of the whipped cream aside. Mix the rest with the Quark mixture. Fill into desert glasses, decorate with whipped cream and one cocktail cherry.
