Cream of Wheat Quark Bake
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ¼ cups cream of wheat
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2/4 cup of grated nuts or almonds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • rind of one lemon
  • 2/4 cup sugar
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 2 ½ cups Quark

Cook cream of wheat in milk for 5 minutes, and let cool. Add the rest of the ingredients without the egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold under. Grease baking dish and bake at 350F for one hour. Serve with your favorite sweet topping.
