Austrian Quark Pudding
  • 1 ¾ cups Quark
  • ½ stick of butter, room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup corn starch

Beat butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix everything else into it and bring to a boil. Let cool down. Serve cold with canned fruits.
