1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
Make dough and pre bake in spring form at 350F until light golden. Cook pudding using the milk and sugar. Let cool. Mix Quark, egg yolk, raisins, and vanilla sugar. Beat egg white until stiff and mix under the Quark mixture. Fill into spring form and bake an additional 15 minutes.
