Raisin Quark Stollen
  • 1 ¼ cups Quark
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 stick + 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup washed raisins
  • 2/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 pack Dr. Oetker baking powder or 5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp candied lemon
  • 1 dash of salt
  • ½ shot glass of rum or 1 tsp rum flavor

Mix all ingredients and form a dough roll. Bake at 350F for one hour. Brush with melted butter once done and heavily cover with powdered sugar.
