Cut the pound cake into 16 slices. Mix Quark, sugar, and cherry juice until creamy. Add half of the pralinated cuts to it. Let gelatin soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Remove the gelatin and squeeze out the extra water. Dissolve in the hot water, and mix under the Quark mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Beat the whipping cream until stiff. Carefully mix under the Quark mixture retaining the fluffiness. Layer Quark mixture and cake slices in a glass dish. Refrigerate for one hour. Cut slices and serve.
