Cream of Wheat Quark Cake
  • 2 ½ cups Quark
  • 1 1/3 cups cream of wheat
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • tip of knife baking powder (small dash)
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2/3 stick butter
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup candied lemon pieces
  • 1 lemon
  • salt

Mix all the ingredients, but the egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Carefully mix under the egg whites. Fill into a spring form and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
