| Dough: 
        ¾ cup Quark6 tbsp milk6 Tbsp oil1/3 cup sugar1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar1 dash salt2 ½ cups flour3 tsp baking powder Filling: 
        3 cups Quark½ cup kefir½ cup heavy cream1 cup sugar1 ½ tsp vanilla sugar or 1 pack Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar3 eggs2 egg yolks½ cup cornstarch1 ½ pounds blackberries Topping: 
        2 egg whites½ cup sugar1/3 cup grated almonds Mix Quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix flour and baking powder and add to Quark mixture. Roll out onto a greased baking sheet. Mix Quark, kefir, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and cornstarch. Fold under washed and dried blackberries. Spread onto dough and bake for 25 minutes at 350F. Beat egg whites adding sugar one tablespoon at a time until stiff. Spread onto cake, sprinkle with grated almonds and over bake at 450F for an additional 5 minutes. Let cool before cutting into slices. |
