Quark Omelet
  • 1 ¼ cups Quark
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 egg whites
  • salt to taste

Mix all ingredients with the exception of the egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold under Quark mixture. Cook omelets. Serve with cranberries, or canned fruits. Can be filled with ham and cheeses.
