Jelly Quark Pockets
  • jellyquarkpockets2 ½ cups Quark
  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • jam as a filling

Mix dough and roll out. Cut 4” squares or circles. Fill with jam, fold over and close edges. Brush with egg. Bake at 350F until golden brown.
